Water Bottles

When you are working out in the gym, whether in public or at home, one of the most important things you can remember to do is to stay hydrated. Water is a necessary lubricant for the internal parts of your body, as well as making it possible for you to sweat and for your body to get more energy to your muscles and vital body systems as you exhaust it through exercise. A water bottle is one of the most important things that you can have with you while you are working out. If you are going to a public gym, you typically have to pay for a bottle of water, though you can often drink for free from a fountain depending on the rules of the place. Another option is to bring your own nalgene water bottles or a glass water bottle (or water bottles made out of some even more unusual material) and use that to bottle water from the fountain to use as you go.

To get cheap water bottles you have a world of options including just using the left over bottles from other drinks and filling them or buying inexpensive water bottles made out of modern plastics that nevertheless cost only a couple dollars each. The only conditions under which water bottles start to get expensive is when you want a hot water bottle or hot water bottles that isolate the heat or coldness of a drink, or else if you are looking for water bottle covers like a fleece hot water bottle cover for your rubber hot water bottle, or a personalized water bottle holder such as team water bottles with a carrier for your sports team or other group.

Brand name water bottles such as a Polar water bottle can also be expensive. There is no reason for you to get an expensive water bottle unless you really want to pay a lot of money, because a bottle is essentially just a piece of plastic and if all you want is to be able to drink cool water then you can just use any plastic bottle (I would just say that plastic is better than glass since it is more likely that glass might break if you happen to drop it - and sometimes your ability to carry your bottle might be affected by exertion and distraction after working out heavily) and refill it whenever you run out.
